So this is Pull Down 69 OTM in Ammo Inc pull down brass with their primers, and i am using pulldown powder as well. I started low of course and currently i am running 25 grains at velocity of 2590 to 2615 with 2600 being the sweet spot. this is on a LabRadar chrono
In the other factory 69 OTM rounds I have, they are .223 rounds per the brass and packaging. Federal 69 OTM avg velocity was 2212, Aussie Outback 69 OTM was 2408, FED Gold Medal Match 69 OTM was 2425. On the factory rounds, I have some shiny spots / ejector marks, a couple had swipes here and there.
I did this meat test at a true 100 yards and at 12 feet which is roughly across a room for me at my house.
100 yards on the left
12 feet on the right

so general order is
tortilla and pec outside
pec inside and rib outside
pec inside and rib inside of front
then fluidy bits
back ribs outbound
you can see that the back muscle is blown downrange
splash damage on the backing foam
MY CONCLUSION:
16 inch m4 profile barrel 5.56 AR style weapon
2600 avg fps 69 grn SIE OTM
seems to expand within a bi-pedal chest cavity
seems to create double diameter damage
seems to fragment at some level showing on foam backer.
YMMV.
